Shred Central (1997 - 2010) was the hub for skaters in Toronto, a clubhouse-meets-indoor skatepark, a bastion of community and camaraderie for those in the know. Bar Volo now occupies the same space Shred Central once did and to pay homage to its history, we brewed this highly refreshing beer, Shreds. Made with Pale Pilsner malt and a dash of Mandarina Bavaria hops, this brew is made for quenching the deep thirst born from an entire day spent skateboarding.
