One Another

One Another was brewed back in November of 2019 as a Berliner Weisse style ale - primary fermented with a German Ale yeast and subsequently went through a lengthy secondary fermentation of approximately 5 months with our house mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. We then transferred the beer onto the same local blueberries that were used for our Throwin’ Blueberries sour released back in August. Although the blueberries had been very much broken down from their first use, the skins and remaining fruit provided nutrition for another 4 months of fermentation with our house culture, developing tons of complexity along the way! Bottle conditioned for approximately 4 months. Beautiful rosé colour, with subtle berry fruit and floral character.
