This is the third batch of Volver brewed using two types of brand new American hops: Strata and Zappa. Yes, Zappa as in Frank Zappa - a new hop breed developed alongside the stellar musician's family. Volver (the name is Spanish all the way) means coming back to the same thing, but with a fresh new perspective. For the brewer, this means brewing using different hops from one batch to another.
