Dark Helmet

It’s all about the Malt...Notes of espresso, cola and roasted nuts waft across the top of this near black Lager. Milk chocolate, espresso and a hint of fruits of the forest thanks to a hefty serve of Dark Munich and Carafa malts make for a full bodied but composed mouthfeel. A sprinkle of Spalt and Crystal hops in support add a deft mild bitterness and a light floral flourish. A comforting beer that you can still drink in boardshorts....
