It's been over three years since Bonsai - Tamarack made its debut, and we are thrilled to bring this one back! As the second installment in our Bonsai Series of West Coast DIPAs, Tamarack stands tall with a clear, pale gold color and is filled with notes of papaya, mango, Rainier cherry, and resin. Heavily hopped with Waimea, Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Citra Cryo hops, this double IPA has a steady, balanced bitterness—true to the style.
