Spicy rye malt bolstered by a yeast blend that includes a small percentage of a spicy Belgian strain. Dry-hopped twice, first with Mosaic and Halltertau Blanc followed by one last blast of Mosaic. Both varieties have a bit of that Nelson Sauvin white-wine twang we love!
