Doubt Circles Pale Ale V3.0

The third iteration of a beer that explains the mental motions we go through while going through all steps of the brewing process - the idea of Doubt Circles, which we will leave at that. This iteration uses a mix of caramel malt and roast malt which we would usually leave out of this style, but as this is a winter version, we wanted to add some malt to it. Tettnang, Ariana and Simcoe hops make up the hop bill for this version. We also used a west coast ale yeast instead of our standard yeast / resulting in a relatively dry and hop forward finish / leaning on a healthy fruity and bitter mix which we have favoured lately. This version is for sure a bit more bitter than the last two, but in a nice way. Cheers!
