Super Confused, our NE Pale Ale, hopped with Simcoe in the whirlpool and then dry hopped twice with Citra only. Its super confused because it wants to be an IPA but we used our traditional Pale Ale yeast to produce a more European style pale ale with New England color and brewing Techniques.
