A rare one-off beer from Ninkasi Brewing Co & Birkenhead Brewing Co. ‘Siris’ (pronounced “suh-rees”). The Mesopotamian goddess Siris is known as the patron of beer and was daughter of the Sumerian goddess of beer, Ninkasi.It‘s a punchy, elegant and smooth Red IPA made with US and NZ hops and an awesome malt blend.
