The first beer we brewed when we started the brewery. Brewed with Canadian-grown malts and German hops, this ale spends a couple of weeks at near-freezing temperatures which makes it super clean, refreshing, and a hint of fruits like pear and melon.La première bière que nous avons brassée lorsque nous avons ouvert notre brasserie.
