The next release in our Opacity series is here to showcase one of the most lavish hops out of New Zealand named Riwaka. The base recipe is designed with intention for sensory analysis to learn the distinctive characteristics for single hop varieties.Riwaka is a well-known and highly sought after aroma hop due to its higher than average oil content and unique and intense exotic citrus character.Our experimentation yields results of POG juice and fresh kumquat.Malt: @HogarthMalt Pilsner & Chit Malt, @RedShedMalting Malted Oats & MaltedWheat, & Flaked OatsHops: RiwakaYeast: Verdant
