First cab off the rank in 2022 is a super crushable California Common. Using a combination of ale and lager yeast to produce some delectable fruity esters held together by a malty treat of Pilsner and Vienna. Pouring slightly hazy with a dense creamy head, you’re first greeted with the unique yeast profile and malt sweetness all then rounded out by the subtle citrus and floral notes from Amarillo hops.
