India Pale Ale that uses Sacch Trois as the yeast, which produces delicate characteristics of mango and pineapple. Finkle is then Dry Hopped with an immense amount of Falconers Flight. The result is a super soft beer with notes of tangerine, mango, pine, & pineapple.
