"Two types we love to play with. I have said it before, barrel aged / conditioned pils are awesome (in my opinion), so we keep forcing them on people! The 60 / 40 combo leaves enough of the Belgian phenolics and esters in the beer whilst the pils gives a spicy crisp bite. I think it's safe to say we will be using more white port barrels in 2024. The expression from the white port and single malt is a bright light red fruit character without the bolder sweetness of a ruby or tawny port. Yum!"
