George was our grandfather’s brother, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his 13 siblings. George is our American Brown Ale, hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and a touch of Columbus.This variation was conditioned with Kieni coffee from our friends at Coffee Collective in Copenhagen.
