Is an imperial saison beer with a slightly spicy character that has no equal. The beer has a beautiful saturated blond yellow colour and a firm white head. To brew this unique beer, a large proportion of spelt was used and no less than 4 Belgian hop varieties. It is a mixed fermentation beer in which different yeast cultures are used and from which it derives its typical aromatic and complex spiciness. These yeast cultures also ensure that this beer achieves a very high attenuation and contains virtually no residual sugars. Despite the fact that analysis shows that this is an extremely dry beer, one still experiences a round mouth feeling, mainly due to yeast by-products. The aroma is fruity and spicy, in the taste the same soft spicy hop bitterness comes back and blend in a long and dry aftertaste.
