Witchcraft West Coast Pilsner is a blend of the best characteristics of two of our favourite beer styles, West Coast IPA and Pilsner. From the West Coast, we have taken punchy citrus hop character from Centennial and Cryo Citra and dialled up the ABV to match. From the traditional brewing style of Pilsner, we have taken a refined, pale malt bill and the iconic flavour from Saaz hops bringing delicate lemon and herbal tea flavours with a snappy bitterness. We gave this beer a long and cold fermentation with larger yeast and finished it off with some Galaxy hops for good measure. Full of flavour and endlessly drinkable, it must be Witchcraft.
