EL-1762 Pineapple De La Trois

The brewers got to try a new experimental yeast strain, not yet available on the commercial market. EL-1762 was created by cross-breeding an English strain with a yeast that was always believed to be wild. The result is slightly funky pineapple and mango esters. With the goal of making a pineapple QIPA,we used Azacca and Bru-1 hops. Best served at a temperature of 8°C.
