Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me. I get to brew what I like. Happy birthday to me.Brewed for my 10th leap year birthday this Belgian single is what I like to drink. Its a light and summery easy drinking brew with lots of flavour and character. Driven by fresh full flavoured imported Belgian malts and the classic yeast strain. Dark yellow pour with a tight fluffy head and a slight hazy appearance. Aromas of fresh baked bread, spice and light banana. Flavour is light and fresh with a crispness and a nice round mouthfeel.
