To brew this ale we manipulated our water to mimic the water profile of Antwerp Belgium. We then brewed this beer with nearly all Belgian malts and candi sugar, before fermenting in our upright oak barrel fermentation vessels with special yeast. Aromatics of fresh baked bread, lead to flavors of smooth caramel and mild spiced tones. Travel the world, with an open mind and you will be greatly rewarded.
