We closed our eyes and imagined the perfect music festival. The sound waves dancing through our ear drums. The sun blaring intense heat with blue skies. What beer were we drinking in this thought experiment? It was Tons of Blondes. Full bodied thanks to the hefty dose of wheat. It's light in flavor, clean almost lager like in feel because of our use of a kolsch yeast. This beer is lightly hopped with New Zealand hops to give it a citrus edge. Light, refreshing, full bodied, can drink 10 of them. The ideal festival beer.
