At Foghorn we love nothing more than playing with beer styles to come up with something new. “Refresher” doesn’t have a traditional base style – it forges its own path. It has elements of sours but it is lightly tart rather than full blown sour. It has elements of Gose, but it is a little spicy rather than salty. It is brewed with a Saison yeast but it isn’t a Saison. All we know is that it is super dry, really tasty, easy to drink and ultra refreshing. The perfect late summer beer and at 3.8% you can sip a few. Perfect served as it comes, or try it with a dash of Passionfruit, Lime or Grenadine for a new flavour experience.
