Made from 100% apple juice using a combination of Red Delicious, Pink Lady and Royal Gala apples from Picton NSW.After the Cider is fermented, we then age the Cider in Whisky barrels from one of Tasmania’s leading distilleries. This adds a sweetness from the whisky and oak that makes this a Cider with a unique taste.
