A beer that has seen the moon rise and set 2,199 times since its bottling2019. This has been a beautiful tasting farmhouse ale for the last 6 years; but today it generously represents the vision I had for it all that time ago, and is ready to be shared.Some select notes from the bottles I drank last night and today: young raspberries, baker's chocolate,gueuze, espresso, lemon pith, Syrah, mushrooms, sour cherries.
