Prairie White is patiently brewed from Western Canadian two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. Its slightly cloudy appearance is proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.
