Imperial Pale Lager

We’ve been experimenting for a while with the interactions between different hop varieties, and we think we’ve landed upon the perfect combo in this strong lager. Azacca, Melon and Mandarina hops provide a tropical, fruit-forward flavor, but classic Cascade is the X-factor, brightening the whole ensemble while injecting its own notes of fresh pine and citrus. That’s what the office guys call “synergy.”
