Blonde Ale is refreshing anytime, but especially after working outside on a hot summer day. Serve at 6 C and pair with seafood and other light meals. Nøgne Ø ales are bottle conditioned, so pour carefully if you do not want to disturb the yeast sediments in the bottle.
