A malty (Munich, Vienna, Pilsner, Crystal malts), Germanesque Ale with moderate hop bitterness (Magnum, Hallertau hops) featuring a medium body and brilliant orange-ish amber color. Featuring the Michigan Indigneous - Keweenaw Ale Yeast. This yeast was isolated in Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. It has prominent spicy phenolics and some fruity esters, very reminiscent of a Saison yeast.
