Our Bourbon Stout was brewed the same way as the first edition, with a big malt bill and plenty of hop bitterness for balance the roasted barley that imparts notes of dark chocolate. As a finishing touch, the beer was eaged in kegs with bourbon barrel dices. The barrel chips aging gives the beer a spicy, vanilla, coconut character and a pleasant, warming finish.Cheers everyone!!!
