Fermented entirely with a single strain Brettanomyces originally isolated from a Belgian Gueuze producer. Heavily whirlpool hopped exclusively with Galaxy. It was then dry-hopped with excessive quantities of Mosaic. Thai butterfly pea tea was also added into the whirlpool to impart a deep purple hue to this hazy Brett IPA. Super tropical with notes of tinned mandarins, lychee, blueberry bubblegum and parma violets. Changes colour under different lighting. This beer is mad.
