BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, single barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)This version has been triple mashed, 24 hour boil, and aged in a single 10yr Russel Reserve bourbon barrel for 2 years. We experimented with aging the beer on freeze dried strawberry and vanilla bean. Expect subtle notes of strawberry and juicy berry undertones, with a strong whiskey presence that warms the palate. Secondary notes of oak, milk chocolate & vanilla. We're very excited to share this project with you allPlease keep cool and expect some sediment. Best served at 55-60 FNote: this beer has already been aged, cellaring is not necessary, please, please enjoy at your earliest convenience
