Brewed with 100% NC malt, hops and yeast. This beer was born in our custom coolship under the NC stars. Initially ferment in gin barrels, it was then blended and returned to the gin barrels with boysenberries and marionberries for another 8 months. After its barrel rest we bottled condition it for 6 months. This beer is tart, funky, jammy, and just great.
