Experimental IPA with Phantasm thiol powder. Double dry hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Phantasm powder is the skin from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. When fermented with a thiolized yeast called Helio Gazer, it produces flavors and aromas of guava and passionfruit.
