Felix Granell, our Assistant Brewing Manager based in Bath, is behind this sweet and raisin-flavoured brew.Fuggles and Goldings hops provide an earthy, herbal bitterness, and the casks have been conditioned with maple syrup to round out sweet raisin, caramel, and subtle smoky notes. A selection of malts, including Cornish Maris Otter, combine with chocolate wheat. Maple Mild is based on a 30L brew Felix produced early in his career. This is the perfect remedy for cold winter nights, showcasing the warming flavours of fig and burnt caramel.
