Merry Cranberry

Our first Barleywine ever! SMaSH type of beer – single malt and single hop, with pale ale malt and Mosaic hops being used. To counter the heavy sweetness, appropriate for the style, we added 100% of NFC cranberry juice, which makes it a bit more sour. Very warming, with a wide range of smells and aromas: starting with sun-dried fruit(plums, apricots) from malts, through cirtus and light tropical fruits from added hops, ending at cranberry itself.
