The combination of fruit selected for this cider is used to enhance its complexity and flavour. The varieties include – Pink Lady, Fuji, Granny Smith apples with Packham’s Triumph and Beurre Bosc pears. All fresh fruit with no juice concentrate! Fermented using a Rhone Valley white wine yeast, this cider is produced in regular, fresh, small batches to ensure freshness.Displaying bright aromas of crisp apple & hints of pear, this cider has a beautifully rounded & textural palate with a clean finish.
