EXCUSE ME WHILE I KISS CASSANDRA is an Imperial Oyster/Coffee Stout of 10,5% ABV. It is a collaboration brew between Siphon Brewing and Hedonis Brewery.To create this viscous, creamy and boozy beer, we mashed ridiculously thick with a grain bill which included pale ale, munich, caramunich and chocolate malts as well as roasted barley and oat and barley flakes. And we didn’t sparge. At all. But we did add oyster shells and espresso to contribute even more body.The first collab was in 2019, but the beer was brewed again in 2022, in a limited series of 1.000 bottles of 75cl.
