The fourth beer comes as a mighty owl from Australia. It is our strongest creation yet, being a Double IPA, brewed primarily with Galaxy hops. It has an amazing mango and passion fruit aroma. Cashmere and Chinook are also used for a fruity and spicy touch.Boobook 2 uses a higher quantity of hops to increase the IBU and become closer to a classic DIPA.
