Brewed together with our friends at Wylie, thiscollab focuses on our love for highly drinkable andexpressive beers, and our willingness to push thelimits. The result? A modern and well structureddrink in style. Barley malt base and a little oatswith the addition of 38% of corn flakes, fermentedwith a New England strain and hopped nearsaturation with Citra (cryo), Nelson Sauvin andMosaic (Cryo).Medium bodied and slightly silky, extremely pale incolor with balanced bitterness and a 4% ABV thatsuits it wonderfully. Peach ice cream with a lighttouch of peach in syrup, some litchi and lemon zestin confit.
