Pomona: Strawberry Orange Cheesecake

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, has been conditioned on strawberry and orange purees and cheesecake for a smoothie-sour texture bursting with bright fruit and a sweet dessert.
