Brewed for Craft Beer Helsinki 2024!Our dear friends from Ravintola Outo came to visit us in brewery. They cooked a beautiful pear kimchi that we added to the fermenter with the fresh wort.The beer is an asian version of our house saison with 20% rice in the malt base and Sorachi Ace added to the hopping.This tastes Pear Kimchi as the name promises.We hope you are having a great Craft Beer Helsinki!
