Our second collaboration with Manchester’s Track Brewing Co is Meet Me In the Middle. We’ve taken their popular Oat Cream DIPA and brewed it for the Southern Hemisphere. We’d have a crack at describing the beer, but we felt we couldn’t do it better than Track: “This beer is an absolute quantum vibration of tropical dilemmas thrown around the hive mind. Expect juicy papaya, sweet guava, and luxurious velvet sweetness from Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Milk Sugar. It’s like a smooth, intergalactic dream.”
