The aging process of 18 months in Tennessee Straight Bourbon barrels has ensured that prominent bourbon influences in combination with hints of caramel and liquorice shape the aroma. The firm foam head, which is light and creamy in structure, protects a dark ambercoloured whole. Soft flavours of sweet caramel in combination with roasted and eminent bourbon tones push the taste towards a warming alcohol feeling. The taste lingers for a long time, in which the mouthfeel is characterised as full, warming and balanced.
