It shows an intense sourness that is complemented by lemon and grapefruit flavors.Its malt bill is composed by barley, wheat and spelt - which gives it a light spiced feel. Right before it was packaged, we dry-hopped it with Amarillo and Centennial hops, that offered intense citric notes.
