Parakeet

Dank, fruity, and sweet. The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of guava juice (but dank!) Sometimes low bitterness and relatively high Abv. combined with the perception of sweetness can be difficult to drink a lot of, so I decided to take on the journey of a step mash to create a bit of the dry finish at the end, which was successful in increasing the drinkability.Malt : Pilsner, Spelt, Vienna, Wheat Malt, Flaked OatsKettle Hop : -Whirlpool Hop : SultanaDry-hop : Mosaic cryo, Citra cryo, Citra
