This cider started with pressing handpicked and locally harvested apples from old varieties. The juice was fermented spontanously and slowly throughout winter. The cider was then aged for several months in ex-red wine barrels. The final cider is a blend of 5 different barrels. It was then dryhopped with Rakau and Sabro hops.
