We’re very fortunate to have access to some amazing blends from Greenglass Coffee Company . When they shared their excitement for some Maria Velasquez beans they had received, we couldn’t wait to profile them in a stout. The coffee is soft and smooth, providing unique notes of baker’s chocolate, citrus and nuts, complimenting and enhancing the base beer, a blend of high gravity single mash and double mashed stout recipes. No other adjuncts were necessary.
