Inspired by historic German sour beers, English blending practices, and driving Krautrock beats, this beer is a blend of young beer and "old ale" aged in French Oak barrels for 16 months with wild yeast creating a complex, light ale that is tart, funky, and crisp. Expect notes of cereal, orchard fruits, citrus, and pineapple along with a little barnyard funk.
