60% local varieties of traditionally grown Quince; 40% Luxembourgish meadow orchard apples.Big, bold nose full of forest fruits – lush, peppery blackcurrant and blackberries. Good acidity balanced by a very delicate sweetness and round, mouth-filling tannins.
