We add it to create an extra-crisp, extra-pale, more refreshing Pilsner! Rather than mimicking a traditional American or Japanese "macro" lager, we struck to a more traditional "Sapwood" Pilsner hopping schedule with a dose of Motueka in the whirlpool for both spicy and lime hop notes!
